Each month all staff members have the opportunity to nominate their peers for the School District of Arcadia Stronger Together Award. The purpose of the Stronger Together Award is to recognize employees who serve our district in an exceptional manner by collaborating with staff, inspiring students and engaging families. Congratulations to Mariah Haines, Elementary Special Education Teacher and recipient of the November Stronger Together Award.

Mariah fosters strong relationships with both students and staff. Using available resources, she makes sure all students' physical, emotional and academic needs are met. This is not limited to just her assigned students, but any student that crosses her path. She is very responsive when needed and keeps a calm and positive demeanor in each situation that arises.

Mariah is a great resource that always has helpful suggestions for ways to help students succeed in the classroom. She is very professional when addressing the needs of students with staff and collaborates as a team to make sure our students have a positive experience in our school.

The School District of Arcadia is grateful for Mariah and thank her for her dedication to the Arcadia community.
