Members of Arcadia High School’s A-Club, Student Council, Wolf Pack and Viterbo Interpreting Program Work Together to Welcome Freshmen at Open House Event.

We recently welcomed the Class of 2029 to Arcadia High School at our Freshman Orientation event. Members of AHS’s A-Club, Student Council, Wolf Pack, and Viterbo Interpreting Program worked together to greet our new freshmen and play a vital role in helping them get acclimated. Our student leaders gave tours, answered questions, and served as interpreters as needed, all with the goal of ensuring students felt comfortable and confident as they began their high school journey. We recognize that the transition to high school is not always easy, and we are proud of the way our student leaders stepped up to provide support, guidance, and encouragement to their newest classmates.

In addition, leaders from a variety of clubs and extracurriculars set up in the commons to showcase their groups and invite students to get involved. From sports and music to academic clubs and service organizations, it was a chance for students to see some of what AHS has to offer. Meanwhile, students in the Viterbo Interpreting Program volunteered as interpreters during a Q&A session with parents and advisors, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

We applaud the efforts of all our student leaders for their enthusiasm, leadership, and willingness to volunteer their time to support both their classmates and our school. Parents and guardians are always encouraged to reach out to their student’s advisor, counselor, or anyone in the office whenever they need support or assistance. We are all here to help!
