Congratulations to Danielle Sipos, Middle/High School Band Teacher and recipient of the February Stronger Together Award.

Each month all staff members have the opportunity to nominate their peers for the School District of Arcadia Stronger Together Award. The purpose of the Stronger Together Award is to recognize employees who serve our district in an exceptional manner by collaborating with staff, inspiring students and engaging families. Congratulations to Danielle (Dani) Sipos, Middle/High School Band Teacher and recipient of the February Stronger Together Award.

Dani is committed to providing students with opportunities in the musical arts program. She is the middle and high school band teacher, leads the Marching band, Jazz Band, Pep Band and school musicals. These different groups allow students to demonstrate their musical skills, and provide students, staff and the community with wonderful musical entertainment. In Dani’s classroom, she provides a rich and vibrant learning culture for students with a variety of musical experiences. Each day she puts in countless hours to make sure students have these experiences available to them and spark a passion that will stay with them throughout their lifetime.

Dani always demonstrates professionalism in and outside the classroom. During field trips and competitions, she continually exemplifies all the qualities of a professional in the field of music education. Since Dani joined the School District of Arcadia, she has put her heart and soul into building a strong marching band. Bringing her own experiences with marching drum core, her high expectations for students and their abilities to perform. It is because of people like Dani that our school and community is truly stronger together. The School District of Arcadia is grateful for Dani and thank her for her dedication to the Arcadia community.
