The School District of Arcadia is collecting census data for children 5 years of age and under (as of September 1, 2024). This will ensure families are invited to the upcoming childhood development screenings, 4K registration and kindergarten opportunities. The information provided will also allow the district to plan for incoming student numbers. 

• Please fill out even if your child will not be attending the School District of Arcadia.
• Please list only parent(s)/guardian(s) who are living in a child's primary household.
• Please list ONLY children who reside in your home who will be 0-5 years old as of September 1, 2024.
• DO NOT list children who are currently in grades K-12
